Carful you don't go too hard or you might not be able to walk the next day. That happens to me when I feel like doing 60 out of nowhere after some time not doing them...
It's easy to just keep going, but the next day, and some after, aren't going to be fun. I've learned to limit the number I do and work my way up instead of going full out
