well... if i have to say. This name is influenced by the Azure Dragon of the East (Seiryu in Japanese, Qinglong in Chinese)
The Azure Dragon is one of the Four Symbols of the Chinese constellations. It represents the east and the spring season.

as for me, I'm after the name that has meaning...
