    Beef Bukkake Udon

    Ingredient:2 servings
    Udon 200g (2/3 pack)
    Beef (Thinly sliced) 5 oz (150g)
    Eggs (Poached) 2
    Green Onions (chopped) As needed
    Vinegar (for porched egg) Small amount
    A
    Dashi Soy 3 Tbsp
    Water 3 Tbsp
    Preparation
    1. Boil udon according to directions and rise with cold water.
    2. Stir-fry beef in A.
    3. Top udon with beef, poached egg, and green onions.
    4. *Poached egg: Add a small amount of vinegar to pot of boiling water and gently break an egg ito the pot.. Remove when the white has hardened.

    Bukkake's actual meaning is to "splash" or "pour".
    Bukkake is used in Japan to describe a type of dish where hot broth is poured over noodles, as in bukkake udon and bukkake soba.

    There's always a word in every language that has actual meaning, but people only remembers it's dirty connotation.

    For example, b*tch actually means female dog, but people remembers that b*tch means whore. So, yeah...

    udon = noodles (special made, you can buy in a bigger shop)

    man i wanna eat that beef bukkake udon.. <.<
    all i can eat now is fried minced chicken and rice. and I love it
