Tbh it's always good to have a CN novel to read. You could try Heavenly Jewel Change for CN starters. All you need to know really is that the MC has the biggest balls/jewels around. If the early chapter feels unappealing to you, try Douluo Dalu instead.
Ahh, I’m sorry. One it had to be a completed novel(I like binge reading). And two, I hate sci fi, sorry. Got scarred by some sci-fi horror back when I was a kid.

You should have read this one already, but anyway, if you haven't then here you go: Overlord OP MC, not exactly caring in general but not a jerk either, and definitely not a wimp. He cares about his subordinates and the people he knows; and ruthless toward the rest I guess. Throw in some kingdom-conquering, some city-saving and what not for the nice guy part, whether it's deliberate or otherwise.

Don’t let the fact that it starts on earth dissuade you. EER gets pretty heavy into fantasy elements. It’s one of my favorite novels. But Toika. The author of EER has other novels in straight up fantasy lands. Like I Reincarnated For Nothing and stop friendly fire
