    I should also add:
"Don't want to start drama... But also here's the translator's personal information"

    Just a random comments:
How come you only knew about taxes when the time to pay her came
Was this the first payment on your site so you didn't know about taxes and promised her the 90% and didn't mention taxes to her?
( or is this the usual way to say this.....I don't really know since I have never dealt with something similar)

Kid, if you're paying 20% in taxes, you're doing something wrong.

    So from what I understand...

    35% to the translator
    25% to the editors/proofreaders
    10% to the poster?
    12% to the owner
18% to the dad for having a gullible kid who doesn't know how taxes work*cough* I mean government

    Am I getting this correctly?

You are marginally incorrect in that the translator didn't even get their full promised 35%, but something that was closer to (if I recall correctly) 10%

    Dear what's-your-face,
Before we start, I want to make one thing clear: I'm expecting to be paid for my time here, as babysitting a clown is no easy work. Please include accident insurance because I am risking my brain cells. The percentage distribution of your total fee will be:
    • 35% for reading bullshit
    • 25% for being exposed to ignorance
    • 10% for sitting in my chair
    • 30% for my personal expenses
    Please confirm upon receipt.
    Thank you.
(Note: These fees are subjected to change as this is not a written contract)

...how were the screenshots "trying to instigate other translators and spreading rumors"?
It looks like she was being perfectly polite in letting her fellow TLs know what was going on, unless you were trying to keep them in the dark.
There are a lot more holes to pick, but that really made me scratch my head.

So let me get this straight..

    Posters shouldnt be paid
    IT shouldnt be paid
    Server cost shouldnt be paid
    Tax shouldnt be paid
Money transfer cut shouldnt be paid
And all the misscellanious things shouldnt be paid... and owners should pay it out of pocket because they shouldt get the bare minimum out of every one involved in one project. Because maintaining and making a site is totaly free... maybe we can let patreon work on its own, and let translators do everything everywhere

    Ok.. thank you

Thats just stupid. Translator get even less than editor. Even if, somehow, the 20% tax is enforced the way you said it (which I highly doubt) the tler should get 35% of whats left, which is around $97.16 or so. Why should the translators bear the full brunt of the tax when it is your tax? Would you do the same for the editor who got 25%? "Oh we need to pay 20% tax so we can only pay you 5% of total, tehee sorry:whistle:."

Not defending the OP, but 20% is a pretty believable tax rate depending on where you live and how much you make. In the US in certain states, you just need to earn like 70 to 80k in a year and then Federal and State Income Tax will add up to 20% of your earnings.
