No need to worry, I'm not bothered at all~
The flag is bad, hence why I added in the bad flags hall of shame. Though not for the reason of the others. While the other five I just kind of didn't click with the aesthetics, that one is one I really liked making and looking at, but isn't really a good flag, as it breaks 3 of the 5 rules of good practices on flag making.
First it uses a complex device that will probably look like shit on the wind. Granted, it didn't look as bad from looking at the test, but that's because it's relatively close by in it.
Second, it uses way too many colors... A flag normally uses up to 3 colors, unless is symbolically necessary to have more than it. The flag of South Africa and the five colored flag of the Republic of China are the only examples of that done right that I can remember from the top of my head.
And lastly, as you said, it uses text... but the problem lays with it using plain text. Text can be integrated into flags, but mostly on stylized manner, which not always is visible, but it's a nice touch to see from nearby.
There are some examples of it, like Iran's flag:

The weird labyrinth like in both top and bottom of the device is actually just a stylized text saying 'Allahu Akbar' 11 times... for some reason. But, hey, it looks good.
Another example, and this is a favorite one of mine, it's basically any Japanese prefecture flag, which is made of stylized text, mixing it with references to natural or cultural aspects of the prefecture. It's simple and it just beautiful, imho.
But, well, long story short. I don't mind since I knew it was bad as a flag (it's arguably okay-ish as a coat of arms, but the shield part is just nope regarding device positioning), and I actually like receiving feedback~ helps improving my skills after all~

The problem is when the wind is wrecking the flag...

That's why it is a general rule to just not use it, though it didn't stopped America from doing it on most of theirs... some look okay, others are Wisconsin and Montana...

 

Hmmm, for a class that can temporarily take on another's stats, what's the name?

Hmm, while it makes sense, Mime sounds like a bit of a joke class, and it doesn't have that 'adaptable' feel to it.

 

But but Mimes can do everything! They are the most adaptable class. They are sort of a joke class though.

 

Fair, but the name is a bit...What about Inheritor?

 

I mean, sounds more like he's receiving the power that he'll copy at that point, but if that's what you want, seems good.

The gist of it is similar to how a warlock channel anime spirits into their own bodies, except that instead of animals, the channelled being is another person.

So you can easily make an simple one in the middle of no where in case you doesn't have yours at hand~
Take England one's for example~
Pick a piece of white cloth, use your own blood and make a cross and done~
You have an makeshift flag to wave around~
