Odd as it might've been even to herself, Plumeria occupied a small corner of the Guild's Tavern, and began her one of a kind business. While she herself didn't quite understand the appeal of this, she'd heard the Guild was choked full of people with strange tendancies, and even stranger inclinations. It was only in a place like this, so lacking in what the Guild affectionately called 'Common Sense-chan', that her own business could thrive off these weirdos its uniqueness. After all, it wasn't every day one got to get squeezed to death a novelty hug from a Lamia, and that uniqueness made her services valuable. It was something she'd learned while she resided in the Empire, the exotic appearances of Beastkin and other non-human races often meant that they were wanted for the queerest of reasons. It was truly, only in a human-dominated country like this one, where the prevalent human culture had somewhat mixed with that of the other residing racess, could the Lamia sell hugs and hope to make a profit.

Ever an odd race...these humans were.

 

Looking at the Lamia curiously, afterall this was the first Lamia she has ever seen in her life outside of story books, Klov decided to approach her.

Seeing for the first time a Lamia, Cinis' brows raised and then he simply decided to observe as she was... quite huge. On top of that, she was saying some odd things, who would pay for hugs ? Unless they are depressed or...
He preferred not to think about other motives to pay for hugs.

For now, he would just wave his hand at her.

 

((Actually, Nagrand is an Orc Town, so... Even though it should have a decent variety of races because the guild accepts anyone, the majority should be Orcs, not Humans.

Rather, I'd think humans would be the ones in the minority, since pretty much anywhere else in the Kingdom would probably be better for them, or in the Empire.))

 

((Ehhh ~w~, I was going based off the description of the Kingdom, but that's quite good to know. I might make an edit to say influence of human culture because they're in the majority for the kingdom or something))
