I don't think they gonna use serect Cannon this soon. They will wait and watch for Dragon realm to beat YC for killing their Dragon God.
Problem is that whether the Southern Sea Realm folks even know that it's a cannon in the first place and whether the instructional manual is legit.

It should legit and the reason that tower they were mentioning is probably where it is located. Also it was stated that if YC got scared because the DGR member was there, then they would attack him. So they had to get it ready for there attack and it’s just now filling charged I guess
Going by the way Mars goes about writing novels then I would place my bet on Yun Che not knowing. I wouldn’t be surprised if he gets in a predicament and ends up getting his booty saved by her who just woke up. I haven’t read the novel past where he gave the origin blood to that female.
@Gin_Hindew here’s an attempt at a summary based on what has been posted in the thread and skimming the wiki Spoiler: Summary At the moon god wedding Qianye Yinger (Brahma Goddess/B****-referred to as BB from here on out) goaded YC into revealing how he was already married to XQY, causing more conflict and drama. End result is conflict and more embarrassment for Moon god emperor who had just wanted to set XQY as a legitimate inheritor to the Moon God realm. More chaos later YC and XQY run away using the fancy wagon she got from MGE, and BB ambushes them, reveals she’s behind basically everything in the plot, molests XQY and puts a soul enslavement curse on YC. It’s supposed to be the most painful thing YC has ever experienced and made him want to die. Jasmine and Cai Zhi show up and YC and XQY get away, with YC nearly dying from resisting the soul enslavement curse and swearing to get revenge on BB by enslaving and raping her either 1000 or 10000 times. Enter dragon realm, meet with Dragon Queen (Shen Xi-SX), XQY breaks her marriage certificate with YC (possibly divorcing him) and goes back to moon god realm to take over since the MGE got killed at some point, she takes over MGR and inherits the Moon God power so she instantly hits divine master rank 10. YC stays and is “purified” of the soul curse by SX repeatedly sleeping with him. This also lets him get a light affinity from her and let’s her start breaking free from being imprisoned there, and eventually it knocks her up without YC knowing. YC finds the last wood spirit He Ling there who eventually becomes the new spirit for the Sky Poison Pearl so she doesn’t kill herself after finding out her entire family is dead. Big drama at Star god realm-Jasmine and Cai Zhi are going to be sacrificed to strengthen her father, YC rushes over and kills a bunch of people before using the other shore asura (self destructive power up) to kill more people. YC gets killed yet again and sent back to blue pole Star with his flawed Phoenix rebirth, stripping him of literally all his power and making him weaker than a regular mortal. Jasmine goes nuts and starts using the infant wheel to massacre more star god realm people and then leaves. Mu Xuanyin (MXY-snow sect master) cripples Jasmine’s father and imprisons him in that ice lake she has. YC spends a bunch of time as a cripple before having the bit of Evil God aura his daughter inherited spark his power and let him use it again so he can kill the divine level people who have shown up and started wrecking BPS. During this time YC finally gets it driven into his head once again that he has to be strong enough to protect himself and his loved ones, before promptly forgetting it for like the fifteenth time. Also he uses the stuff he got from SX to boost all of his harem on BPS to reach divine origin level so they’ll live longer. Dragon monarch at some point went to talk with SX, found out she was pregnant with YC’s kid, he goes nuts and attacks her and I’m pretty sure kills the unborn child. SX swears revenge on DM before diving into the soul well. Commenters mock him as green hat dragon. DM swears revenge against YC and starts massacring anyone with the last name Yun. More drama, YC returns to god realms and heals some people from dark energy using his light energy, Huo Poyun is a moron and sells YC out to the Luo psychos because he’s got a hard on for Mu Feixue who is crushing on YC. At some point heretic god’s wife (heaven smiting devil emperor) returns from outside in the void scaring everyone sh**less and starts killing Brahma realm people since they’re the inheritors of Mo E who kicked her into the void and who got the evil god killed. YC pops up and negotiates for her to not kill everyone, turns out Hong’er (sword spirit girl) and the girl in the devil area under the cliff on BPS are two halves of HSDE and Heretic God’s daughter. YC hailed as hero for keeping HSDE from killing everyone Later YC and XQY plot against Brahma realm and poison the leader, causing BB to let herself become YC’s slave to save her father. YC gets second piece of that super manual from before time and gets Xiao Lingxi to translate it, learning how to better have nothing in his head (Nihility/nothingness laws). Later meets with ice Phoenix again who apparently was brainwashing MXY into loving/prioritizing YC above everything else. Ice Phoenix dumps all remaining power into YC and then goes poof At some point YC gets a sword upgrade by HSDE linking the two halves of her daughter’s soul together, so now YC has a sword good against devils and another sword good against everything else. Later the other devil gods that were with HSDE show up, she shows up to kick them back out and Jasmine shows up to also help kick them out. They’re Jasmine is backstabbed by heaven realm emperor and get and kicked into the void by the heaven realm emperor and DM. XQY records everything and later gives it to Shui Meiyin, and tells SMY to do a bunch of stuff later YC goes nuts again and attacks, and is attacked by everyone else (aside from Shui Meiyin’s realm and the realm of that Lu guy YC fought in the earlier tournament) since his dark energy reacted to HSDE’s dark energy and she gave him some gifts. BB is freed from slave contract by her father using the magic Brahma soul bell, but not before BB sends him away using one of those warp stones after XQY attacks him and tries to kill him (to keep the other people there from crippling + torturing YC and stealing all his stuff). YC ends up passed out somewhere, Huo Poyun, Sword Girl and Sword Saint save him from Luo Changsheng, and SMY’s sister shows up to take him to their place Heaven mystery realm tells heaven emperor about the extra part of the prophecy about YC going nuts and turning into a devil god and slaughtering everyone, so DM and heaven emperor go to blue pole star to force YC to show up so they can kill him. YC shows up. XQY is there, takes back her fancy carriage, and blows up Blue Pole Star, though she probably either evacuated everyone already or blew up a fake planet. YC divorces XQY, then MXY shows up, defends YC and gets killed by DM. YC goes even nuttier, but escapes with MXY’s corpse using another warp stone and swears revenge on everyone there. Literally everyone in the god realm is now hunting him down (aside from SMY’s place and Lu place), YC goes “dark” (read:a sociopathic, psychopathic lunatic, so not really that much different from before) and starts using dark energy and devil techniques. After absorbing some of HSDE’s blood he finds a message about something that scares even her will be coming in the future, hinting at another end boss. He puts MXY’s body in that magic coffin he has and then dumps her corpse in the snow realm before leaving to the north devil realm and starts to take over there. He starts learning HSDE’s techniques which will apparently let him control any and all devils once he masters it, as well as permanently power up anyone he wants with dark energy. After taking over a couple areas BB shows up, having been crippled by her father for not being a complete sociopath and her father preparing to marry her off to the South Sea Emperor as a concubine, and she volunteers to be YC’s sex slave if he’ll kill her father. YC gives her part of HSDE’s blood and technique and heals her crippled veins. More bulls*** happens so BB can join the harem without the other girls trying to kill her-magic memory crystal pops up saying Jasmine’s brother voluntarily committed suicide to get BB that primordial tablet fragment, that XQY should owe BB for attacking and trying to kidnap XQY’s mother since it led to XQY being born, and that BB is really just a misunderstood girl with daddy issues-her father is the real evil one. This bulls*** is accepted and apparently all is forgiven. Also because of getting HSDE’s blood and technique BB will end up even stronger than she was before. And YC renamed her to something else to claim ownership of her or something. At some point YC finds the hottest and strongest woman in the north divine region, Chi Wuyao, and allies with her. She ends up being someone who also brainwashed MXY, but from an even earlier time and using part of her soul to hitch a ride. Apparently she was the personality that kept trying to seduce YC. BB notes that CWY and her are very similar-both basically sociopaths who hate men and view them as disposable tools except for YC. More drama, YC has the way paved for him by CWY and ends up crowned Devil Master with her as the Devil Queen. YC is now in charge of the north divine region. At some point he found some devils lingering from before all he others were killed-so they’re top bracket power level beat sticks. Cue YC raising up an army and powering up so he can go genocide the other god realms. YC reaches Divine Sovereign level 10 within a few years and like a dumb*** decides now is a good time to go get revenge, despite CWY and BB pointing out it would be a lot smarter to wait a few more years so he actually hit divine master 1 instead of being a full great realm below all his major enemies. More drama, At some point they lure over Heaven emperor and son, kill the son and steal the heaven realm’s big treasure aside from the heaven pearl. CWY and BB use that treasure (magic space cauldron) to launch a false flag attack by blowing up three devil star realms and slaughtering everyone there except for a few survivors who photographed the cauldron and blamed the heaven realm. Now all the devils are zealots and want to genocide the other god realms as well. Cue invasion, massacres happen. Moon God Realm butchered and YC ‘kills’ XQY (No one actually saw her body and she fell into some warp hole or something). Cai Zhi stops the star god realm from interfering. CWY and BB lure away half of heaven realm’s forces while YC and company slaughter everyone else. Ancestor of heaven realm that turned herself into heaven pearl spirit comes back and tries to fight, YC kills more people, is offered control of half of heaven pearl-He Ling then swipes full control of it and boots the old spirit out, who tries and fails to suicide attack YC since she had about a minute left to live. Off to Brahma realm-YC uses poison pearl to nuke a huge chunk of it, BB’s father pops up, negotiates getting Brahma realm spared and then dies. BB now takes over Brahma realm and gives YC the life and death seal heaven treasure that Brahma realm had found a while back. YC hears some kind of voice from it that says the Heretic god’s real name. The spirit it had is long dead and no energy is left, so it’s basically a fancy paperweight. Apparently Brahma realm found a way to get it to work for 3 people by using that soul death hex they have, but it enslaved them to whoever has the fancy Brahma bell, which BB now has. More drama, Shui Meiyin plays and broadcasts a recording of the fiasco at the void edge showing YC saving everyone before getting backstabbed. YC gives ultimatum to east god realm/surrender in 7 days or die. Most surviving places in the east realm surrender. Heaven Mystery realm elders realize they’re basically to blame for all of this, since before they told heaven emperor about the other part of the prophecy he was going to try and hide everything to protect YC, and kick all their disciples out so they won’t get killed for being associated with them. HMR elders decide to burn everything they have left to see the future one more time and are killed by the backlash and seeing whatever it was that scared HSDE (‘died with looks of absolute terror on their faces’ or something like that). At some point Luo Guxie told Luo Shangchen that she had murdered his wife and child and swapped it with her own (Luo Changsheng) as revenge for LS killing LG’s lover. LS is humiliated by YC, but still surrenders, LC shows up, pretends to surrender before trying to assassinate YC. Accomplishes nothing, killed by one of those old devils YC recruited. LC wanders off with LC’s corpse and accepts him as his son. YC orders their realm to be genocided More drama. CWY (devil queen) suspects MXY is alive and revived by the ice Phoenix nirvana, but doesn’t tell anyone. She also read LC’s soul before he died so she saw how Huo Poyun and the others saved YC before even though the sword saint guy deleted those memories form LC’s mind and soul. BB goes snooping and finds that the wood spirits were actually killed by the South Sea Emperor’s son who is getting made crown prince/heir, so now YC is pointing his army at them next. SS Emp invites YC and the other divine realms to the coronation and YC agrees to attend. The Brahma guy who found the life seal mentions that the South Sea realm has some f***huge cannon it can use to blast people. YC asks if South Sea knows Brahma realm knows, is told they don’t, and then clearly plans on using the moon star restoration attack reflector to bounce the cannon shot back and nuke them. YC chats with Shui Meiyin at some point and she tells YC to wait a while before she can tell him some of the secrets she has, implied to be XQY telling her to do a lot of stuff to help YC. Also-apparently Shui Meiyin noticed CWY the first time she saw MXY, but SMY just shrugged and decided to ignore CWY for some reason Side note-hilariously it turns out that apparently YC isn’t the chosen Marty Stu of heaven, Xiao Lingxi is. She’s the reincarnation of the ancestor goddess, who had the misfortune of falling in love with some random mortal jacka** (YC) and made the very questionable decision to burn most of her potential remaining power to alter fate and give YC almost all of the things that she would have had, while simultaneously hamstringing herself
First of all, thanks for the summary. And damn, I'm glad I've dropped this novel back when those wood spirits got massacred. Looks like it had been absolute shietfest thereafter.
To call it a train wreck would be like calling the sun warm-technically true, but wildly understated. YC has the distinct dishonor of being one of the absolute *worst* characters I’ve ever read about that wasn’t intended to be hated by everyone. A notable highlight of the train wreck is how much mental gymnastics and bulls*** Mars had to pull to get BB into the harem, since she’s apparently one of his favorite characters. One thing I find particularly hilarious is the last part of the summary-YC has done literally *nothing* based on his own merits, everything has been handed to him by one of the Golden thighs he fondles at every chance
Thanks, it feels like so much stuff happened but its still the same as in previous arcs but with bigger numbers, which is expected
Pretty much: bigger numbers, fancier attacks, and a higher body count, but overall still the same stupid drama every time. One thing I find incredibly hypocritical of YC is him throwing a pissy fit when his enemies target people he cares about but are innocent and unrelated to everything else, but he’s fully willing to genocide entire realms because their leader flipped him off or attacked him. This has been a recurring theme in the novel, even back near the start where he murdered everyone in the burning heaven clan, including the innocents. The way it was presented seemed to be that it was intended to come across as impressive or at least understandable/acceptable, or that his unflinching (read:sociopathic) execution of everyone was impressive since after that Jasmine said she believed him about being reincarnated with the samsara mirror
Nope lol...but she will die again. When the cannon starts, she will tank for Yun Che and will die again >.<
I hate this part too. We all know that he isn't adverse to being a mass murderer but Mars keep telling us that he is a good man who never kills the innocent. No one believes the fake shit lol...
It also doesn’t help that He Ling (last wood spirit we know of) was having a mental breakdown from finding out that the Brahma realm weren’t the ones that killed her family, so she just massacred tons of completely innocent people. YC reassures her it’s fine and her massacring much of the Brahma realm was needed since it led them to find out out who really killed He Ling’s family and now they’re a step closer to getting revenge on the people who really killed her family, and it helped prevent a lot of devils from dying during the invasion and possibly saved some Brahma realm lives because of the attack and YC’s actions basically instantly decapitating the realm and BB taking over.
