I see it a lot on youtube, it's from deus ex I think. Though I've got no idea why there's so many people who are using it...

I remember now. YT Commentors promoted it in the comments of Pewds vids.

 

It's some streamer that told his followers to all change their profile pic and spam "Oh yeah yeah" everywhere.

It just sorta spread from there I guess.

 

A bit of history:

MaximiliusMus was an Overwatch YouTuber who threw lots of ranked matches to enrage people. Basically a troll, he got perma ip banned from the game. Game newly bought? Couldn't finish one game and already banned.

He used that profile picture. He posted a video saying that people should use it and then comment oh yeah yeah. Other people would have to like the comment so that outsiders are confused.

It worked, and it spread far.

I don't like him, his troll just went too far. He insulted a kid, who then called his mother. He insulted the mom too.

He used many racist slurs.

He threw matches.

 

What R0 said.It spread really far for a couple days. Its kinda died down now. It would have grown even bigger but mosty popular youtubers didn't even acknowledge its existence preventing it from getting the fuel it needed to spread even further. Good riddance

He had pretty big fannbase because he is literally the only one person who genuinely piss someone off in a game. People liked it, I personally don't. It's some sort of tribute for him.

Me too. I thought it was from terminator. First time hearing about its backstory and how the pic came about.
