An m mc

I'm curious, there are story with an m mc?
I'm not speaking about a "work till I break" like invincible salaryman, but full-fledged masochists, cause I'm curios of what such story could be ( if someone could show me some, for "research" sakes)
Plus there was a manga (I think it was called nana to karou or somethings similar) with such a story, there is someone who could gently tell me how goes the story? ( I hate dropping manga/novels even if they sucks so I try to inform before beginning one)

Oh, and I finally remembered another series (manga, can't remember any novels) that had an M mc. Ookami Shoujo to Kuro Ouji. You might have heard of it. The protagonist girl is an M.

 

There's a story called MM!, where the MC is a hardcore Masochist. It's seriously way too hilarious of a story.

It's a LN, but there's an anime adaptation of it too.
