Since you're half, maybe you'd be raping yourself and telling your boss, "I suck, I'm bad at doing my job and you should fire me. I'm better than me. You should hire me instead."

this is an interesting thread. I know that the Baka-Tsuki community has a spanish-speaking group (I think there is a light novel group that is active on facebook), but I did not know there was a spanish-speaking community dedicated to wuxia/xianxia.

good luck finding people to connect with.

I'm half, but I don't know more than basic spanish.
I've wanted to try translating from spanish to english before, since I've seen many translators say they are translating to practice their language skills, but I couldn't find anything I was interested in that was in spanish that didn't already have a translation in english. :[
And yeah, I couldn't find that partially because I couldn't find a group like the one you are looking for.

Doesn't matter, you can still try to come up with your version/personal translation. And that's a good thing as, after you'll try your hand/skills you can compare your translation with that of others and change what things should be changed.

Are there any good hispanic/latino webnovels being written?

Btw what is a good term to generalize spanish/latin people. Spaniards? Hispanic? Latino?

To be honest i don't know ,there might be some about romance or stuff . But i've not read any.
Spaniards ? lol that sounds badass.
Hispanic is the most correct way to refer to people that speak spanish.
Latin is broader and refers to lenguages that are derived from Latin : Frensh , spanish, portuguese, etc.
I'd say the term hispanic is more apropiete ,but the term Latin is more comonly used.

    ---
Actually, thinking about it , latin seems more apropiets , since in Brazil they don't speak spanish but portuguese.

Hello, I'm also a Spanish-speaker (I think we'd say "Hispanoparlante" which would mean literally "Spanish speaker"). That's as much as I can say without an in-depth autobiography to clarify the details.
