I just noticed that i only keep up with one or two novels these days. They don't even get updated daily. Haven't had the urge to read, too. Maybe it's the motivation slump...
I read a lot even now, but I've been in similar situations. Stop reading even those one or two novels for a week or so and come back to some new novels. It'll rejuvenate your interest.
Same. I feel too lazy to read new updates of the translated novels I'm following/reading. I swear I'll make it up to those novels after reading ORV and TCF.
I did that before. I went like years not reading because the urge never surged back. I'm the type to spiral into things if i don't keep them in check.
Hmm then we're different kinds of people when it comes to this. Regardless, Drop what you're reading for now and find something new. It'll be a fresh change of pace. You can come back to these if you feel like it later.
Depends on the story and whether I have anything else to do. A lot of novels I picked up these past few years were because I was at work and had nothing else to pass the time with
I still have the same energy, i read anything that interest me. Also i will back to novel that updated daily for once a week, i have several of them in my list (i read them in cycle).
not really. i've been busy irl . all i did lately was check the new release, login to the reading app and do the events for buying chapters (now i have 7 completed novel in kakaopage all.by free cash) but doesn't know when i'll have the chance to read . need to do my own mtl so yeah, reading is a chore. and most of the translated novels i read were dropped. another bummer.
Yes? I can't imagine not reading anything for more than a few days, may that be manga, manhwa, novels, articles, non-fiction books, etc. As for novels specifically, I stalk the Completed tag and binge read. There have been a couple of interesting works lately, but I wanna read another gaming BL. _( :3」∠)_ *prays to the TL gods*
If I have nothing to read, I will be feeling empty. Every single time I was not reading and my phone are in my hand, I would check for update first, always, even when doing works. I am not into the F5 Sect or something, it just that I can't function properly if I don't get my daily reading dose. Everyday, I read at least 2 chapters. If all the novel I am following have no update, then I will go find a new novel to read. Of course, all the novel I read only something that are of my preferences, no matter how bad they are.

I still read mangas regularly myself, it's fun~ But novels? Uhn... There are like... 3-5 novels that I'm still reading. And all of them update like, once a month.
I'm currently on about 10 novels that I follow updates on. None updates daily or even weekly. Other than that, I have a total of 9 forever-open tabs of novels that I haven't caught up on but haven't gained the motivation to read, and a whole 20+ in my for later list that I've put on hold ^^'
I read only one book at a time as well, but I find that I read a lot more that way. Just the last week I read so much that I've been skipping out on a whole bunch of other things that I had planned to do. And even at this rate it'll take me 10+ years to just read the books that I want to try out. I wish I had everyone else's problem!
