Ok so I was reading this novel ages ago about a guy who was born into a bear clan but he was weak and looked down on. He had a brother who was very strong. He was smart which was uncommon in the bear clan. I think his brother and him were orphans and possibly not actual brothers. He may have reincarnated/transmigrated. That is about all I remember.
