so my point is does beastkin have a regular panties with 3 holes( top for waist and 2 for thighs)and their tail just a little bit above of said panties(must be hell lot of discomfort on the section where the panties and the end of the tail meet) or four holes(+1 for tail, but what if its a nine tails fox?)?

exactly, and back to the panties. why does people in fantasy world like to do it without the 4th holes? and how do they achieve balance if the bones structures is messed up? sure human have (the name of thing on their ear) and their foot pinkies to help them achieve balance, but if animals turn to human and their ears don't contain it, then why does their tail is in the wrong place?

 

and what if its a stubby tail like a geckos, lizard, alligator, or dragon tail? how big does the hole need to be?
