Actually, Alexandro wasn’t a virgin. I remember early on in the novel a knight (I think it was Chris?) was explaining how Alexandro was never interested in women and that when he was with one it would be at the whorehouse during the war. He only slept with the women for his personal reasons but never developed relationships with them.
