I've seen people who are aesthetically pleasing to the eyes, it's not only about how they look, how good is their skin and facial features but there's is something about the way they carry themselves and how their temperament matches their looks.

Your brain attaches a "friendly," positive connotation to their faces due to the familiarity. For the record, this is also why you may find your own face to be attractive when you look in the mirror.
