Draw. I only have a single pawn of advantage, and it is going to be the cornermost pawn, it is the hardest one to lead to anything... Especially when both sides have a rook.
Actually, your only chance is the rooks...but yeah, you're right. The a or h pawns are useless if the king gets ahead. It's one of the rules of the pawn endgame
Well, the thing is, you can use the rook to make sure my King is never near my pawn on the current scenario I think. This should be more than enough to make me unable to promote it. I could only win if I forced you to exchange rook for pawn, but I seriously doubt it is possible.
