Recommendations Books about cooking

I’m looking for a novel about cooking that doesn’t have to do with the entertainment industry. It can be there but not a main or even a sub plot.
Preferably about opening a restaurant and managing it. I prefer novels set in the modern time but I won’t mind historical novels
And bb, bg or gg I don’t mind any of them.
It should be frequently updated or easy to MLT. I won’t mind just every day cooking as long as it has a direction and it’s interesting
