Hi guys Any recommendations for novels that emphasize on brotherhood or/and deep friendship? I did read a novel once, though I've long since forgotten the title, that really emphasised on deep friendship between the mc and his companions. I don't remember much of it, but the mc met most (or some) of his brothers through a trial in some kind of gorge. The first one he met and helped was battling some kind of creature, the second one asked to tag along and the third one, I think, was some kind of battle crazed guy and the only one who could suppress him was of course the mc. Also, the mc and his friends runs into a dragon and other dangers (perhaps in the same gorge) and competes/battles with other groups to gather wealth, ingredients (herbs) and other spoils. Afterwards they split up, but meet each other again at some kind of martial arts competition, either to support of participate. Whether or not I'm confusing or mixing various novels, I don't know, but if it rings a bell for anyone, please let me know.
I know it's not it but more than half of that described Sinbad's story ('Adventure of Sinbad' from Magi series)
I don't know this novel that you are trying to remember but I do know a novel that emphasize on brotherhood/friendship. Transcending the Nine Heavens ps: I'm curious to know the novel that you're searching for.
"What is the colour of night" Answer that and you"ll be a part of the only brotherhood you'll ever need
Just read the synopsis for the novel you recommended, it seems quite good. Thanks. And yeah, I'm curious too. I have a feeling I'm mixing up two novels into one, but that's what happens when you binge reading and then forget to add it to your reading list.
I think I did try to read Child of Light once, but I seem to remember the mc being really annoying, a coward and just a little bit too stupid?
Title is in chinese. Tale of twin dragons? ( guessing) Cover has 2 characters and 2 dragons one pair silver other pair gold.
