There is this novel, female MC, in an ancient cultivation Chinese? Korean? novel. Idr which, but she has this lily? Mark on her thigh that will change when she consummated with someone, which she will then have to give birth to a child or she won’t be able to cultivate anymore. It states that both men and women can have this mark (somehow) and they are really rare and sought after and that she has to hide it or else ppl will kidnap her Bc the child she gives birth to will be at the same level of cultivation as her own. It also mentions a modern looking city hidden that everyone forgets about after they leave it, and right around where she entered this city is when I stopped reading.
