Sorry guys, I need something urgent.
Someone from my family is indicated to have cancer complications.

We want to treat him but the fund are limited.
    Can you suggest any methods?

Donations through a go fund me page or similar websites best idea

Also check for oversea treatments, they are normally way cheaper

The option depends on what country you came from.

do a fund raising, or goto some organization that fight cancer and ask their help. or go ask the government for help. or do an insurance.

oh shit i thought this title said "cancer compilation" and i expected a video of what the internet calls "cancer"
To answer your question though: try to get public funding. Make a video, put it on youtube,facebook,twitter,.... send it to popular youtubers and hope one of them responds. Set up a way for people to fund your familymember's treatment

Insurance, borrow money from relative or bank, sell some assets, go to alternative treatment.

You will probably have to ask your relatives and see if they can get a medical loan. And didn't your gamily member has life insurance? I think life insurances covers cancer.

What type of cancer? What country? How much is the estimated cost for surgery?
I know you're shocked, but asking a suggestion without telling the full story is like telling us to pick a random number.
Is it based on your real experience or just a mere passing thought? If it's just a random thought, then

Ask help from other members of the family like your uncles and aunts, ask help from friends. Go to social media. Call out as much attention as you can coz that will help in getting you noticed. Besides that and asking for a loan, I can't think of a faster way to get necessary funds.

If the doctor ever tells the patient to undergo chemo treatment... well don't.
never heard of anyone getting cured that way. just my opinion tho.
for fund raising... a post on social media plus a link to some fund raising site could help even just a bit.
and for the patient, eat healthy like all these fruits and veggies plus plenty of water. might work some miracles.

Is it not covered by his insurance? Check their terms first and see whether it's covered or not.

iirc, chemo is just a method to prolong your life or lessen the symptoms.

Two of my aunts survived coz of chemo but I would still caution against it unless you have a trusted doctor.

not to mention how expensive it gets

Nope. Chemo (and radiotherapy) rely on the fact that while most cancer cells divide uncontrollably, their self-repair functions are damaged or broken altogether. So getting low radiation/aggressive chemicals are more likely to kill them off, while healthy cells have a chance to repair themselves and survive.
