It's quite strange actually Spoiler The previous Prime minister was very smart and realized that his son Loved the MC. It had been going on for 10 years. He felt like he was seeing himself and later discreetly asked MC to look into his marriage with himself. But MC being an idiot in emotions thought he should give the ML marriage with a woman. Which angered the ML. Later they got married and previous prime minister was happy cause his son got happy. The emperor was okay with anything the MC did lol.
That relates to the main plot of the novel Spoiler He is someone who was raised as a killer by a witch or something who used her ability to bind him to work. If he disobeyed or did something his ability can be striped by that woman. He also was prophesied to be MC doom or tribulation. Anyway he was raised in a terrible environment and had Dissociative Identity Disorder due to torture. He hated the woman and helped MC instead to ruin her plans. He wasn't successful at killing her and so she took away his ability, he was supposed to die but survived barely and went to a coma. Also when he failed to kill her, he and MC fell down a mountain. He had some mind abilities and made MC unable to remember anything. He then told MC he was his wife, which MC being smart thought he was fishy and didn't really believe it but he had no clue. Later he said lets get married and did. After this he met the Jianghu guy. Who along with the others wives hated him for keeping MC secret and keeping all to himself for 3 months. He fell into a coma after that and woke up later in the novel.
From what I read it seem like the flirt didn’t drug MC but they were both drug by a person who serve there. That place is one of the branches of the flirt’s shop so he let his guard down.

They did not have a relationship at first but were interested in each other. The emperor married the empress due to duty and the prime minister left and married a woman and had the ML 7. Later due to our MC the emperor left the throne and got together with the prime minister. Later the prime minister also left his position to his son and the two became happy together.
I feel like I should give some specific spoilers here. Felt a little pitiful lol. The MTL summary confuses me, can't understand who is what. This is all MTL though there can be some mistakes. Arranged in the order of marriage Spoiler: MC = Si Cangqing MC in his previous incarnation was an assassin of some kind, raised by his heartless dad. He was raised without emotions and empathy. His mother and big brother was framed and killed. He was left alone and neglected by his father on top of that his 3rd brother used him as some kind of prostitute to lend other nobles since he was 13. He grew up twisted and wanted revenge against the country. He gave the MC a deal to marry him and take him away from the country in exchange he will help MC get the country. When they get there the new emperor of the country(Their 3rd bro) traps them. They escape and ML3's depressed learning about all the conspiracies of his mother's death and wanting comfort. They end up doing it, MC contemplates in confusion... he ain't my loved one or is he?? He still has no idea. Stupid! He is the oldest of the wives, 10 years older than MC. Known as the richest man in the world. He and MC got along like business partners at first. ML4 got interested because at that time merchants weren't thought highly of, MC didn't really care. He proposed to be friends and MC was like what is friends? MC marries ML1 and ML4 is thinking why does he care? Later going into town MC buys a jade for ML1 and an abacus for ML4 cause they're friends. ML4 realizes he likes MC and doesn't actually care if he's not the only one. He tricks MC into marrying him using MC's unable to understand humansness That sometimes causes him to doubt himself cause he thinks MC doesn't care about him as much. He becomes minister of revenue or something. ML3 and ML4 marry at the same time. He doesn't have martial arts. Spoiler: ML-5 Mo Qing The same age as the MC and are almost equal in strength. He has Multiple personality problems due to the inhuman torture he went through in childhood. The Main villain lady's son but used as a tool. Causes many problems for the MC and basically reasons for the frequent war of the three states. After MC defeats the other sates he comes clean to him. He is trapped by the Mom and can't do anything and is very resentful. He tries to use MC to kill her but when that fails he tries to blow himself up and kill her. That fails and MC and him fall down. His abilities are like witchcraft and uses sound to manipulate people. He suppresses MC's memories and tell him that they are a married couple. Due to disobeying his mom he knew she would kill him so he wanted to be happy with the one he loves for his last 3 months. They get married and MC recovers. ML6 shows up and leaves. Later MC decides to make him his wife causing all his other wives to be very angry as ML5 caused a lot of grief for them. ML5 loses all his abilities and is crippled for life and can barely do normal things MC told him that as long as he is alive is enough. MC started understanding emotions by this time. Spoiler: ML-6 Qi ShuangRan From the Jianghu. Met MC in the road when he was 13. He is 3 years older than MC. He loves fighting and found MC someone he wants to conquer. MC and His sect are divided from the same sect so they have overlapping abilities. Usually shows up to help and will ask for compensation. MC got used to it and sometimes asks about him. MC later realizes ML6 maybe likes him.Then ML6 finds MC with ML5 with memory loss and is not pleased. He runs away to a brothel and MC finds him. He actively asks him to marry him. Everyone except MC knew that he liked him. After his father The prime Minister and the previous emperor went to became old men in love he became the prime minister. His dad realized maybe ML7 is like him and in love with his emperor and told him to be not like that cause MC was married already. Anyway his moping continued cause wives kept increasing and he watched in silence. Due to an expedition MC almost died protecting him and that caused him to confess. But MC wasn't dumb in emotions anymore and knew that his already 6 wives would be very sad. He acted like he didn't hear anything and moved on. But MC dad couldn't take it anymore and asked MC to marry him. But MC misunderstood and wanted to give him a marriage that caused them to have a fight in court and ML7 left to another province resigning. Later ML7 said he knew that MC wives will be sad and he cares, but what about him? MC realizes he does like ML7 so he marries him and tells ML1 that there will be never anyone else anymore, ever. Spoiler: Kids It's in an extra chapter. MC has 8 children. ML3 finds a potion that can make men pregnant. Everyone drinks it and has a kid. Our MC is very soft on them all the MLs keep running after them. They act pitiful and MC forgives them. ML2 is like you don't care about me... and ML6 basically torments all the kids like a kid. His own kid is like the MC and very responsible as the big brother of the bunch.
