I just come out from the movie theater. And the movie is a actually not that bad. It's not the best Marvel movie but at least it's better than Black Panther. I'm not a Marvel fanboy so I don't really care about what's canon or whatnot as long as I can enjoy it.
If we really want to be technical, none of the movies follow canon. In Captain Marvel's case, she just didn't have a good story to offer as an adaption for the movie
Seeing that marvel at the very least make a decent popcorn movie , i will watch this . Thank god there are none of the SJW bullshit in where i live , so there is basically no outrage here
