I always thought little miss and Pu Yao would make a great couple. Since one's an extreme M and the other an extreme S. Little Miss got to be an extreme M to willingly play with Pu Yao knowing he's going to lose miserablly each time.

Hehe, I only see Lil Miss as an S. The interest in playing with Pu Yao is part stubbornness and part interest in strategy. Battle of the S guys hoho. No one can compare to Pu Yao. I kinda considered shipping them, but I just couldn't. I always reserve the best for the MC, lol, huge bias.

 

Woi you guys... talking about pairings and Pu Yao...

Am I the only one who thinks that the more S someone acts, the more you want them to be pushed down? I'm not the only one who wants to see Pu Yao get pushed down, right??

I'm not even sure how my brain works... Yes, Lil Miss is a total power bottom. But Pu Yao is a pretty boy top in my mind. I can't explain it~ It's just a feeling (and maybe preference).

OKAY I'VE FINALLY CAUGHT UP TO THE LATEST CHAPTER

I've made a bunch of stuff, but let's start with A Gui. I put a lot of effort into her hohoho

Left: scabies marks, right: with the mask (no scabies bc lazy)
How I imagine A Gui is that she's really a pretty woman but she has terribly bad skin, like Deadpool.
Zuo Mo made the lopsided mask. As we all know, his aesthetic sense is pretty shit, so I made sure to make the mask awkward-looking.
I hate drawing feet, but I persevered for the sake of Zuo Mo's foot fetish.

Okay, next is... Zuo Mo... sorta...

... I HAVE TO ADMIT I'm not sure myself how serious this is. I intended to do it seriously but somehow I kept laughing while drawing it, so...


Can you imagine calling this face 'Boss'? Can you imagine this face being the Mysterious Genius Disciple of an Unknown Great Sect? Can you imagine everyone bowing to this face and calling it 'Golden Crow City's Master'???
You see. I also want Zuo Mo to be cool. I want him to be cool, okay? But when the author himself says Zuo Mo's new face looks young and honest and the hair that grows out of his bald head is wiry like a Mo's, there aren't a lot of options for me, you know.

Don't remember what Zuo Mo's new face looks like? Here's the text. "Truthfully, this face was slightly average, almost immature. Bald head, thick brows, and thick lips. His body was also thicker than before. He looked like a nice and obedient child."

Anyway, I also included some expressions. I imagine that Zuo Mo completely can't control the faces he makes anymore since he never had to worry about it for the past couple of years, so everything shows up in exaggeration.

Finally.

I admit I was wrong. I am 100% convinced of Pu Yao x Gongsun Cha.

I mean, there's really nothing I can refute after reading lines like this:

OMG I LOVE them so much! How are you so accurate with your depictions? It's like I have these hazy images of the characters when I read the descriptions in the novel, and then I see your drawings of them, and I think 'yes, they totally look like this.' And the images solidify~

Zuo Mo really looks like an overgrown obedient child haha. Pity those who underestimate him by his looks! And A Gui is totally a pretty lady. I'm still having this hope that one day she'll be cured >_<. Good job on the feet haha. I'm sure Zuo Mo is grateful as well :3.

And I still stand by Pu Yao x Zuo Mo. It's just that Zuo Mo is too dense, so Pu Yao has to comfort himself with Gongsun Cha, pfft. <-- enters the land of delusional fujoshi. But the drawing of those two err fighting with each other looks great. And I'm always up for more Pu Yao fanart hehe. Can't get over that cute, yet deadly look on Gongsun Cha's face.

Hmm, as far as accuracy, I think it's just a matter of not going totally crazy with the designs lol
Like when you read manhua and suddenly the hair colors and face types totally don't match what the author said... That's when it doesn't work T v T

Let's hope that Zuo Mo grows a little more handsome when his hair gets longer~

I also still like PYxZM, but I like Pu Yao with anything. He's my favorite topping.
Ahem.

 

Ah yeah, I get it. Pu Yao is like a pretty boy S top. No one expects him to top, and then BAM! guess who pinned you down, lmao. I'll also be happy as long as he gets to top heheheh~

As for Zuo Mo, average faces have a lot of potential. It's not like it's a lost case haha. I don't really care whether he's handsome or not. But I'd love him with longer hair too.
