What are we talking about in terms of History? I'd prevent tectonic plates from shifting. Wonder what humanity today would be like if it was on Pangaea. Is it only recorded history? How about stopping JFK from getting assassinated so United States and Russia do a joint moon mission. That should change some stuff.
for me it would be PEARL HARBOR. this signaled the true entrance of America to ww2 if not they would have just allowed japan and germany to expand plus another would be hitlers foolish invasion of russia on winter then the world would have been divided in to super powers instead of multi nations hahahahahaha less chaos less language less tax sigh.

I would... make it that somewhere a new variation of the human race with cat ears and tail came into existence, and make sure the dudes from the church don't mess it up by killing the original cat girl or the race, nir other humans mess it up, just make it so humans don't mess it up and turn them into enemies but instead keep friendly relations, why you ask? for the nekomimi! If possible I'd add another forms of kemonomimi, but keeping the church in check... no keeping the stupid humans in check (and the catkin) would be a lot of work so not enough time to make more kemonomimi!
