Hey I was just looking at manga rock and saw a new manwha called the Chronicles of Heavenly Demons. The description says that there is a wuxia novel and I was wondering if anyone was translating it. I can't find in NU so I assume it either has a different name or is not currently being worked on.
Your second assumption is probably correct.. even if someone worked on it in the past and dropped it, it would still have a page on NU with all the different possible names as a title under “Associated Names”. My guess is that no one ever picked it to begin with..
