    From the top of my mind I'd say Candice, it's basically the only French name which barely sounds alike. No idea about the Chinese signification so I can't help with this, I can only tell you that Candice is derived from "candeur" which is a type of innocence stemming from the fact that you think the world is good.

    From the sound, maybe Cécile, Cécilia, Christine, or Constance.

    You can try looking up the Wikipedia name list for inspirations too.
