(Uhhh, so I wasn't sure if this really was enough to post a whole thread about it but since I didn't know what else to do and as of right now is the only line I need help on I'm putting it in its own thread any way) I mainly do mtl so just going off of it I had trouble understanding this part, or rather I had the gist of what it meant but wasn't sure about the wording. raw: 上将大人萌出一脸血:“!!!”我的宝贝! mtl: The general adult sprout face blood:"!!!"My baby! my interpretation after checking a few sites etc: The admiral coughed up blood: “!!!!!” My darling! After going through mtl I wasn't sure if he was coughing up blood or having a nosebleed or something else, tbh the only thing that I know for sure about it is that the general/admiral's face is bleeding and shouting "my darling!" or something like that
I need more context. Is it an embarrassing moment? The general’s face flushed crimson red(out of embarrassment). *shrugs*
A baby panda just turned into a beautiful boy or something. raws: I was trying to mtl a summary, that being said, 星际大龄上将怀中多了只熊猫毛团,走哪带哪。how would i phrase this sentence(I forgot that I had this one too....)
MTLing...I fear what your final result may be. Phrases like these MTLs will never get. 萌出一脸血 is a common phrase for having a nosebleed due to cuteness. The word 萌 in Chinese can serve as a loanword from 萌え (moe) in Japanese, which means cute. I see it quite a bit crossreading JP novels in both JP and CN translations of it, so I’m pretty sure that’s what the intention is here
Google Moe nose bleed, that's what the phrase was talking about. It basically means that something is very cute that it makes you flushed and nose bleed
The general’s face flushed crimson red from being overwhelmed by its cuteness. “...” “My baby/treasure/precious!”
There was an extra panda cub in the general of Star something’s embrace which he brought it everywhere he goes.
Haha, it turned out better than expected, I had some people who were fluent in Chinese help me with some or the sentences so I'd say it's a lot better than it would've been if I was just going off of pure mtl...
