    So I got a colouring book this morning just for fun since i just finished finals and holy fuck this is great. Its so relaxing and the patterns are awesome. Anybody else here have colouring books.

    Interesting idea. I'd probably not enjoy colouring for certain reasons. But it might be a good practicing activity. I should try it and see

    not that patient. most i could color is a flower before losing interest.
    heck, i don't remember owning much coloring book growing up. cause i used to live near a park, i'm pretty much always outside playing. i was an active kid. thats why now i'm a lazy ass. all the activeness had already been used up.

    I do enjoy them with my nephews. It's a great way to pass time aside from using tablets and other electronics etc.

    thats what i used to do too, never coloured as a child, but i just bought it as just an impulse but now im almost done a quarter page

    I'd never go out of my way to get a colouring book, nor have I owned a colour crayon or pencil in 10 years.

    But now that you have brought it up, I think it would be quite soothing.

    Ironically, I had the same thought of coloring once my cousin's kids forced me to color with them. I recommend using colored pencils if you're going to be coloring a lot. The books out there are largely made up of cheap recycled paper, so crayons are less effective at sticking to the pages as they were a decade ago when most of us were kids.

    I want to have one, it's quite soothing and it is used for relaxing/therapy

    I voted no, because its thread about coloring books.
    But used to coloring my own drawings with color pencils and even now on rare occasion that i'm drawing with my tablet on pc, i use photoshop to color it
