In Chinese novel, many author and translator use country name as Hua nation, stick nation, mei nation, murica nation.

Well I'm not very familiar with all this name. Does it have reference or list I can refer. Thanks in advance.

I don't think they have an actual list of novel country names. Usually CN novel countries that are not outright just alphabets (ex. F country = France) are either in reference to IRL countries or just made up names. Usually Hua Country refers to China since I think they can't or it's risky to write about China due to their censorship laws.. but I might be wrong so don't quote me on this

Most countries get translated into English as "(name) country" because it's written as (name)国: ex. China in CN is 中国 (zhong guo) and America is 美国 (mei guo).
国 (guo) means country or nation

edit: completely forgot alphabet countries also refer to IRL countries (F country = France)
