There was no such mention and the next chapter has been fully translated and is just awaiting the editing to be completed before it can be uploaded. Yoshi is doing fine.

My bet is on Kest or the nuns in the orphanage. His apprentices have already been guided so it cannot be them.
Berkyne likes to "rescue" orphans, so it could be the nuns, or some of the children, it's also possible he's delusional, and Simon was among his pawns. Simon is definitely guided away, if he was.
Hard to say which part he has, considering how odd some of these fragments are and what they can do. Personal guess though from the list of fragments Van has is that Birkyne has the Heart fragment. It's been awhile since Van merged some fragments together into something (like the Jaws), so I'm thinking maybe he'll merge the Blood, Blood Vessels, and Lungs fragments he has along with the hypothetical Heart into a super cardio system of sorts. Plus, having disposable minions whose hearts could explode seems very Berkyne like to me.
My first thought was, that he has the main brain. Based on the fact that Van has the sub-brain it implies an existance of a central brain and it seems logical with mind control. Also april fools is coming and fake releases are not amusing . Last year a lot of manga translators pulled that stunt

Once i was binge reading a novel i just found and got to one chapter where the protagonist is about to sleep with his wife only to go into the "fact" that she was actually a guy as it was happening. Took me a entirely to long to figure out that i was on a april fools chapter in the middle of October.
The heart sounds like a reasonable option as they cannot live if its removed and the brain would give them extra mental power, but there is the fact that demon fragments tend to take over the users so i wonder how they dont try to consume their hosts,is there a biological organ that is naturally subordinated or in automatic? the heart is a good candidate because of that
