Yeah, but the DeathMarch LN feels more like its written by the editor rather than the author. A lot of the scenes have been taken down a notch to PG. In WN some people die who are saved in the LN. A lot of the people in the LN also don't exist in the WN. The MC also deals with more struggle in the WN than in the LN (at least early on). So while the LN and WN overall story is similar, since author chose to continue the WN, the editors made him write new content for the LN that wasn't there and change a lot of the small details. So while the flow of the LN is probably better, due to the addition of new content and PGing everything, the story is overall worse with more plot holes that make no sense.
No. LN has some different content, also there are some parts that are cut out from LN and are in WN. Basically, some volumes that are in LN are not in WN and some stuff that is in WN are not in LN. The initial chapters are also quite different. For better enjoyment, I also recommend reading all of it. And the last translated volume of the LN should be 9th WN volume
I, for one, like both of them. So I would recommend reading both. LN also fixes some of the problems in WN.
for me the LN pacing kinda weird and unordered WN have better pacing LN dun't have intermision or side stories either. the only thing that keep myself reading the LN is some stories that did'nt appear in WN.
