Question Desolate Era, how can Ning familly members live as long as him ?

So I'm reading desolate era and this question keeps poping up in my head, how can Ning family members live as long as him ?
Cause from what I know only eternal empror are immortal. So shouldn't Ning mon, dad, wife, daughter die after a periode of time ?
I'm only at book 33 and so haven't finished yet but still this question keep anoying me.
Did I miss someting or is it later revealed ? or is the autor not making sense ?

I'd guess it's a mix of:
- Not enough time passed to have them die yet
- Ning being strong enough to bend the rules a little
- Xuanhuan's/Xianxia's generally lack of mathematical accuracy

I believe it was stated at some point in the narration that his parents were going to die because he had to forcible advance them to the world god level, so they had no way of going beyond that. In the end though he was able to accept it because he had been able to spend such a long time with them. That likely applies to many of his other friends, plus with his power if he ever misses any of them he can revive them easily.

In the case of his Daughter she was able to reach the Dao Lord level, and with the Immortal True Soul technique he invented, she is capable of attempting her Dao Merge as many times as she wants. His Wife was considered quite talented before she died, so she might also be able to reach the Eternal Emperor level, since there is no way to know lets just assume she does.

For what I understand, only Daolords have an upper life limit. Once you become a Daolord you have a maximum of 108000 chaos cycles to prove that you dao is correct and become eternal, if not your dao crumbles and your soul starts to dissipate. Like when you become an Earth/Void Immortal you are immortal but if you don't pass your tribulations, it eventually kills you.

So, once you became a Celestial Immortal as long as you have enough energy(I don't remmember what is call their type of special energy level) you can live for ever.

 

Age wise he's still a cultivation kid compared to others at his cultivation stage. I'm sure they'll die eventually but he'll reincarnate them.

Ji ning has been using accelerated time and his family hasn't.

 

I had assumed he just made them reincarnate repeatedly in his home realm. He could track their souls and what not and restore their memories each time right?

we don't know what happens after the end but like i mentioned, this is a huge plothole because ji ning cultivated so long in accelerated time and there is zero disadvantages at all unlike other IET novels.

him being the youngest "whatever" is just utter nonsense. he isn't the most talented person in his universe too nor is he the only person to achieve omega dao.

he is however the only person to find the bullshit technique where he won't die.

 

standard IET in the end he becomes strong enough to say FU to the rules. This was one of the things I found compelling about LXY, author finally got relationships decent, and they had a touching scene where MC visited with his parents in their old age and they passed on. It seems IET is getting old enough to accept death finally.
