the neck is too thin and too long. Her left eye is placed too far. other than those it could be good.
From my artistic point-of-view... The only thing passable is your eyes. Spoiler If you are going with the semi side view of the face maybe fix the cheek and jawline of the face, the mouth should be going near the right side of the screen and the neck should just be a shorter and not that long. Maybe redo the whole thing and find something on google image that looks similar to what you want to achieve. Overall its 1/10. Just my 2cents on this work.

It is really terrible. The neck seems to be attached at the middle of the skull, it should be attached more at the back. The eye is drawn facing the viewer directly, other parts are in three quarters view. It makes the drawing looks like the top half is in frontal view and the lower half in three quarters view. The hair lacks volume and is not placed well on the scalp. Like, it is shifted sideways. Here. I make some corrections while trying to keep it as close to your original idea. It is done with a mouse so I can't really make a more detailed drawing with a small amount of time.
