What do people think or feel about the legalization of various illicit substances? Recreational marijuana is a common example in the United States, but what about other substances? What separates marijuana from shrooms or cigarettes or alcohol?
My neighbouring country is saying that shrooms are fine. Is there a limitation on cigarettes and alcohol that you're putting them in there? Or saying that the rest shouldn't be limited because these aren't?
I would legalize it, after all you can use it even now that is not legal, so less money to Mafia and more to the States
Legalize it, people should have the free will to benefit the human race by removing themselves from the gene pool. Do it amazingly enough and you might even get a Darwin Award.
Cigarettes and alcohol are only allowed because they've been here for so long. Lobbying and stuff. Were they invented now, they'd probably be just as illegal as any other drugs.
Drugs and stuff... sure let s legalise it but only as reward for good deeds/hard work or behavior. Those things are kinda poison but if used as carrot hmm who knows.

The thing about marijuana is that (from the little research i've done on it) is not NEARLY as bad as most other drugs, society tells us drugs are really bad and this is true, but rarely ever do they tell you what it does Cocaine gives you clinical depression Smoking increases you risk of lung cancer, heart attacks stroke e.t.c LSD is capable of destroying blood vessels in brain Crack, while it is just concentrated cocaine, is way worse in so many ways i'd rather not say But marijuana, might as well just give you a sugar rush for all it does. I'm not saying marijuana is no worse than sugar (take me out of context and i will have your head), but it is comparable to casual drinking of alcohol (casual drinking of alcohol is not what happens at parties, that is unintetnional attempted suicide) which while is not good for your liver probably wouldn't shorten your lifespan by much more than a lack of exercise and a bad diet (in fact if your diet is bad enough alcohol would even be better). Tl;dr I ain't now marijuana expert, but from the few shits in my 25 years of life I've given it i can say that it, while being considered a drug is no where near as bad as most other drugs and cigarettes (which are by the way legal) EDIT: After doing some research, marijuana while (probably) not being as bad as other drugs is still bad, Kids, don't do pot
