Forgotten Title Entertainment novel

I've been reading the mtl of After Transmigrating into a Book, I Have an Entire Family of Cannon Fodder. There is an arc where the Mc is working as a judge/tutor on a talent show. The contestants are split into groups and he gets assigned/volunteers to teach the worst group. The arc is very similar to another book I've read, but can't remember. Any ideas????
