    i get err_ssl_unrecognized_name_alert when i open twitch help me pls
    i already try change my dns and uninstall chrome

    when i open twitch with vpn it work T_T

    Usually that happens when the domain doesn't match the certificate. Are you using an AV that overwrites the certificate with its own so that it can scan it?

    adm = admin

    open command prompt and do a ping of the domain name. Or remove https and see if you can visit it via http.

    That IP belongs to "Indonesia Network Information Center".

    If that is your provider, than its being blocked by redirecting your IP back to your provider(check the non-https site if there is an error). If not, then Twitch may be using a local datacenter in your country. And the issue is that when they renewed the SSL, they did not include that country.

    And second of all, does that indonesian provider sound familiar?
