The Last Boss Witch Will Keep Her Past Self’s Crush Until Her Dying Day The MC is both stronger and smarter than the ML, and the ML is definitely not perfect nor unemotional
Funny now that i think about it, that depending on the gender of MC, FL or ML is most often cold, really beautifully and hard to get. Thx god JP don't follow this chinese trend.
The Black Knight Who Was Stronger than Even the Hero Kumo Desu ga, Nani ka? Spice and Wolf kino no tabi
Crossing to the Future, it’s Not Easy to Be a Man Quick Transmigration Cannon Fodder’s Record of Counterattacks Phoenix Destiny Doomsday Wonderland The Empress’ Livestream (haven’t read much, but female mc seems pretty OP)

Surprised no one put Side Character Transmigration! While she isn't always definitively more OP than the ML, there is no way the ML could ever have an advantage over her, and it's the perfect example of typical transmigration and system storylines, but somehow totally different because the MC is so OP!
Try Phoenix Destiny. It's a xianxia novel with a typical cunning and ruthless xianxia MC, but with FEMALE CULTIVATOR PROTAGONIST and all the twists that it brings!! And our mc is not limited to the super alchemists or pills roles, really. It's a dog-eat-dog kind of xianxia, which typically have a male protagonist, but not in this one! Truly, one of a kind. She got a cheat, yes, but it doesn't really make her op, but still gave her informations that she used to make herself stroong af. And our female protagonist undergoes all the goodies of xianxia (underdog, vengeance, cultivation, manipulation, strategies, and from weak-to-strong thingies)! So far, there's only 1 apparent romantic interest. At first, you might get an impression that he is op, domineering kind of RO. I guarantee that you'll be pleased to find out that he is full of flaws, fears, insecurities, and most importantly, A HUMAN rather than a suuper perfect jade statue. You'll be amazed that there's actually a CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT AND GROWTH in both the MC and this RO. But, gotta admit, the "romance"—not the squishy squishy fluff kind, mind you— only comes after 100 or so chapters. What i love is that the MC and this RO romance doesn't turns into a mushy type of love. Their "attraction" were acted out in a logical, cautious, stabbing-each-others, distrusts, and manipulative manners, which are a completely logical approach in that kind of world and situation. Try give it a go XD
