Now I can tease my friends until they get sick of it Since my country tends to pass unpopular laws during world cups, while everybody else is distracted with football, it actually could be a good thing to get kicked out early this time around. Anyway, I'm interested if anyone of my fellow Nuffians watch the world cup and who you are rooting for? I'm not a big football fan myself, but I watch occasionally a world cup match or two. I wish the best luck to our neighbour france and hope japan can go very far, since I like their culture. Their fans usually take their trash out of the stadium and leave a clean place, instead of leaving the garbage on the spot. Big thumps up for that
It's the first match I watched because I've always been of the firm opinion that Japan punches above its weight and the fact that its players play with all their heart. That it is an Asian representative is no small factor, either. No sanctimonious bullsh*t, just pure football.
Haha, I felt happy with the results since I have just told my workmates that Saudi might win and Germany is filled with old players that they might lose to Japan. The victory of Japan is music to my ears now.
