Resolved FL MC is Heaven's Will or Something like that?

I'm looking for 1st novel:

1. The first one is a Female MC who is or became Heaven's Will, it is Romance, eventually, I think... and there might have been something about Transmigration or Reincarnation in there too
2. The second one is a Male MC who is Heaven's Will and he messes around with the 'powerful' 'protagonists' in the world using his Heavenly Thunder? Lightning? Solved it is: Way of Heaven
