Resolved Forgot the title of this 2000's cartoon?

All I remember was that there was a superheroish family and there were two siblings who use their phones or something that becomes a recurring part of the show. The mom can see through things and wears sunglasses too I think? There was like an episode where the mom and dad were playing cards and the mom uses her power to see through the cards and always won every time but the dad can't figure out why she keeps winning? I tried searching everywhere for this but I can't find it
