Forgotten Title Forgotten Manga That I'm Trying to Remember

All I remember is that the Manga has a guy who came from the future and is able to steal/take the powers of people who has them, it's permanent to who was stolen from in that they lose said power and the protagonist is only able to keep the powers for a short amount of time. I remember there being a girl who has a superpower capable of cutting through things to which he steals from the power that has 'cursed' her as she was relieved of said power cause it was used to kill her father. A police officer that was dead but came back to life from his power he gained after dying in that it shrouds him in a protective like manner, the protagonist also takes his powers, killing him. The protagonist has a suit that I think transforms into a crow, it also hides his identity when he's hero hunting. That's all I remember, it felt like he was trying to change the future in hunting these 'superheroes' with powers.

I think it ended, in that he didn't really change the future but actually, in the end, made it to what he experienced. Where he became hunted.

Vaguely remember something similar but he was trying to avoid a future where a virus somehow put superhumans into power. However some of the superhumans came back in time to fight him. Was a high school manga.

 

I don't think it had a school life in it, because he used a previous ability that he had to put himself in a family, I think. I'm really trying hard to remember.

 

Likely a different manga then, this one was set entirely in school.

somehow some of that scenes were bit similar with "Her Hero" manhwa

 

Closest thing I could remember is
Saike Mata Shite mo although it is not the MC that do the erasing.

Said character is the main character in the oneshot The Negatibrain which is from the same author.

 

Charlotte, and Saike Mata Shite mo, aren't the one I was thinking of.

Edit: Found the one I was looking for but I think I was mix it and a second one up since while it's definitely the one I thought of, I don't think there is power stealing: Tadashii Kodomo no Tsukurikata .
