This is the 33rd round of Kingdom Royale.
The GM this time is @Blitz
I hope you all are alright and staying safe.
Still a bleak forewords as usual.
And this is a template.

RULES​

1. Sign up at http://forum.novelupdates.com/threads/kingdom-royale-interest-thread.12055/. Each game will be hosted on a different game thread.
2. No private messages between participants about the game (meta-gaming). Private messages for other purposes are allowed.
3. You are forbidden from giving any form of clues/hints/or [Kingdom Royale] related remarks outside from this thread and each secret conversation chat rooms.
4. While I appreciate that RL takes precedence, please inform me if you're going to disappear for a while. I can always shoehorn someone else in there.
5. just to check if anyone reads this but the first 2 people to type icecream on the thread get 100 nuffies.
   
6. Observers are forbidden from giving any form of clues/hints/or [Kingdom Royale] related remarks to the players.
   While you are not forbidden from chatting casually or joke around (in moderation) in the game thread and each secret conversation chat rooms, it is highly probable that you might accidentally slip some clues. So unless you are 100% sure that your post does not contain any of the mentioned above, please refrain from posting. I highly recommend you to ask anything you do not understand privately to the moderator of the game instead of in either thread and chat rooms. This also applies to ghosts.
7. Global forum rules apply.

GAMEPLAY OVERVIEW​

1. Day and night cycle take twenty-four (24) hours each, counting from the start of the phase unless it is unanimously voted to be ended early.
   • Both day and night can be voted to end early.
   • It is suggested to all players that if they do not have any intention of doing other actions on the current phase, that they vote to end it earlier so as to not delay the game unnecessarily.
2. Before the [Day Phase] end, each player may select another player to form a private chatroom for the night. This does not need the consent of the other player. Both players will then be transported into the private room, where they can talk, deal, scheme, or attempt to murder each other without anyone knowing.
   • If a player fails to specify a person, it will default to "no chat" option.
   • Skills unique to roles do not need the player to be on a night chatroom with their targets to be activated.
3. Each role has a different victory condition. The game ends when all surviving players have met their victory condition.
4. All players start with 8 HP.
5. All players will recover 1 HP at the beginning of [Day Phase].
6. All players are given a knife, which can be used to [Stab] the other players regardless of roles.
   • [Stab] may be done once per cycle, either day or night.
   • The knife will disappear once it has been used it to stab someone.
   • A new knife will be given to each player who has lost it on the next day.
7. Each [Stab] will reduce the remaining HP of the target by 4.
8. Attacking with the [Stab] action during the daytime will be announced to everyone.
   • Attacking at night will only be announced to the target (in the night chatrooms). However, it can only be done to the attacker's conversation partner.
9. Defend mechanic:
   • If you still hold a knife (refer to point 6) and you're stabbed at the [Day Phase], you can 'defend' against stabs, and the damage received will be halved to 2 HP.
   • If a player set up stab (and is set up to be stabbed) at the same time through scheduling, I shall deem defend to not happen. All attacks are received in full.
     For example, if A scheduled to stab B at the end of day and B scheduled to stab C at the same time, the scheduled stab to B shall be received in full.
   • At the [Night Phase], the defend mechanic does not apply.
10. You can schedule your [Stab] actions with conditional order.
11. Roles will NOT be announced upon death. Nor will players be informed of their remaining HP.
12. If THREE cycles (day and night) have passed OR three players have been eliminated, sudden death will occur. During the sudden death, no HP will be regenerated.
13. If THREE cycles (day and night) have passed AND three players have been eliminated, double death will occur. During the double death, the [defend mechanic] is nullified, i.e. just hurry and die.
14. If amazingly the game goes on for SIX cycles (day and night), the mummy end is triggered.

Possible Conditions for [Stab] Schedule​

You may only schedule [stab] action with the following condition:

• [Stab] @ by the end of the [{day/night} Phase]
• [Stab] @ at the beginning of the [{day/night} Phase]
• [Stab] @ if @ using their [Stab] {/ on @}
• [Stab] @ after I receive {x} amount of stabs
• [Stab] the {1st/2nd/3rd/4th/5th} person who stabbed me {during this phase/for the rest of the game/for the next phase/any other time wording}
• [Stab] the {1st/2nd/3rd/4th/5th} person who used their [Stab]

Story (flavour text)​

Once upon a time a magical girl by the name of @AliceShiki ended up isekaied to a weird and twisted land due to a peculiar incident involving a reaper, @Satan and a kitty cat. Anyhow Alice desperately wanted to make her way back to her home of hell, since this land was in now way suitable for life at all. Like they don’t even have any tea or sharp objects here for one thing. Alice devised a fool proof plan of getting herself out of this situation. It mainly involved randomly summoning various creatures till something powerful enough to get her out of this place showed up. After thousands and thousands of summoning’s, finally the stars aligned and she succeeded in calling forth a savior.

The mysterious and equally magical and whimsical @lychee had answered her call. The fruit agreed to send her back home if Alice could carry out any social experiment that would make her interested. Alice quickly agreed to the conditions and went to search for participants, luckily she had an excess of unwilling volunteers from all the creatures that she had summoned.

The land was surprisingly suitable for the various monsters and weird things Alice pulled out wherever due to the lands chaotic energy, this had lead to all the creatures gathering in the nearby vicinity to form a community of sorts. Hence with some threats, force, blackmailing and other means Alice had quickly created a makeshift kingdom. She picked members of the royalty from some of the smarter monsters and forced them to rule the lands together despite them usually being not related whatsoever and lacking any management skills. After somehow creating a functioning society using violence she immediately abandoned her kingdom as she left for her home with the very much astounded Lychee.

Without the tyrannical overlord around the kingdom quickly fell to political and physical turmoil as various riots and fights broke out everywhere. Finally, the bigwigs of the kingdom(the strongest) gathered together at the castle to decide on how to resolve their differences. Stuffing a bunch of deadly and wild creatures who only care about their own self-interests must surely be a good idea \o/.

ROLES​

There are six roles in the game, with different abilites and victory conditions.
[King]

Spoiler: Narration

The main reason they were made king was because they were the 666th summoned creature. Nevertheless, this doesn't mean they are a pushover as they are cunning and vicious. They are capable of doing anything to ensure that they're reign is eternal. They would rather die than lose this authority that they gained even though they've only been in power for a week.
The kingdom will surely have a glorious future with someone as inexperienced and tyrannical as them

Skills of the [King]

• [Murder]
  He can select a player he wants to kill and request the [Sorcerer] or the [Knight] to execute this action. The order will only go to the [Knight] if the [Sorcerer] is dead. [Murder] may only be activated once during the [Night Phase]. The target of [Murder] is annulled by the end of the [Night Phase].
• [Substitution]
  He can once avoid being the target of [Assassination] by changing roles with [The Double] for a single day. If he was selected as the target on this day, [The Double] will die instead of the [King]. [Substitution] may only be activated during the [Day Phase]. Whether he was targeted or not, the King's skill [Murder] is passed to [The Double] for the day.
  If he choose to execute the skill, it will be active at the next day phase (when [Assassination] is executed).

Victory conditions for the [King] To protect his throne. (Elimination of the ones that threaten the king's throne [Prince] [Revolutionary] [Knight])

[Prince]

Spoiler: Narration

They are greatly displeased with being placed as the prince and having to call someone that they aren't even remotely related to father.They desire to rise up and claim the sovereignty of the land, based on them being the first summoned creature. Due to them being experimented on by alice due to they're status, they've gained a formidable resistance to all things magical.

• [Throne Succession]
  He becomes able to use [Murder] once the [King] and [The Double] die.
• [Anti-magic]
  He cannot be killed by [Sorcery]. In addition, he will be informed that he was targeted by [Sorcery] if it is used on him.

Victory conditions for the [Prince] To become the king. (Elimination of [King] [The Double] [Revolutionary] [Knight])


[The Double]

Spoiler: Narration

The double rather than being just another look-alike is in fact a slime fused with the king's blood by the with Alice. Although they look exactly the same as the sovereign they're quite mild and weak-willed due to their slimely nature, not qualities for a fit ruler.

• [Inheritance]
  If the [King] dies or [Substitution] was executed, he becomes able to use [Murder].

Victory conditions for [The Double] Death of the ones that try to kill him. (Death of [Prince] [Revolutionary])

[Sorcerer]

Spoiler: Narration

Unlike the other creatures of the land, the sorcerer is the spirit inhabiting the witches favourite knife. In her haste to depart Alice accidentally left the poor thing behind. Now, all that the knife wants is to peacefully spend its days in the castle that its master once lived in and eventually reunite with her.

• [Sorcery]
  He can choose whether to effectively kill the character that was selected by [Murder]. [Sorcery] may only be activated during the [Night Phase]. The targeted character will become a burnt corpse by the end of the [Night Phase].

Victory conditions for the [Sorcerer] To survive.

[Knight]

Spoiler: Narration

The poor knight was the sole inhabitant of this place before the witch and all her monsters suddenly showed up.It's peaceful life was suddenly turned up-side down and what's more, it ended up getting picked by the witch to serve as a knight. Now all the knight wants is to get rid of the king and prince who have marked him with their magical imprints and escape.

Skills of the [Knight]

• [Deathblow]
  He can choose whether to effectively kill the character that was selected by [Murder]. Only executable when the [Sorcerer] is dead. [Deathblow] may only be activated during the [Night Phase]. The targeted character will die due to beheading by the end of the [Night Phase].
• [Fitness]
  Intense physical training is the requirement of being a knight. Gain 2 extra HP.

Victory conditions for the [Knight] To take revenge. (Death of [King] [Prince])

[Revolutionary]

Spoiler: Narration

Actually not a monster but someone who was hired by the local kingdoms to try and control this newly formed monster kingdom. While snooping around the castles premise the witch noticed him and thought it would be funny to make some human a noble. Now the revolutionary plans to behead all the leaders of this kingdom and escape to get his reward. Without anyone to control those rowdy monsters, the whole place will surely fall apart.

• [Assassination]
  He can assassinate the selected player. [Assassination] may only be activated during the [Night Phase]. The targeted player will become a strangulated corpse at the beginning of the [Day Phase].
