    First, to allow no change in borders due to wars or military operations between humans.

    Second, to respect the rights to equality and self-determination of all peoples within every nation.

    Third, for countries far from the Demon King Territory to support the bulwarks that are the countries near the Territory.

    1. You cant attack other kingdom because you participation on this. but other kingdom can do this, because they are not a member this rules.
    but the rules saying No change in border due to wars or military operations between humans.
    so the empire will bear the guilty Amidonia Kingdom for taking action "War against Souma"
    "Negotiation" The word seems deadly for me, after reading Tsuki ga Michibiku Isekai Douchuu
    2. Because this, the citizen can moving to other kingdom without interrupt from royalty or feudal lord. this make ur hometown like ghost-town. IF there any other kingdom with more HAPPY-Life-Slice-Harem, why not ? there no visa/citizen card.

    3. It just a tip.Give salary to police for fight against criminals, like that.

    I hope souma will think something for remove tribute to empire like arc 1. i hate this kind of plot.

    So Souma can be called Producer-san too now? Hahaha! "Otherworld Idol Producer Quest"This is getting stranger, but interesting nonetheless. And love how Lescia kept showing her concern about the possibilty of Souma having a harem.

    Well, he's limited to eight and I'd say at least four of the spots are already spoken for, so giving three to the same family seems a bit much.

    I believe the admins has to manually approve of it to show up. It is why I still rely on wordpress reader sometimes =)

    PS: YouTube link doesn't work. keep getting YouTube error occurrence message.

    About the Empire Humanity Declaration, I remember Souma found the weakness, a loophole of that treaty, but I forgot whether Souma divulge it or not... and what is the weakness...

    But I think it's something like "if the citizen of a city want to become part of another country".
    He will use this for the negotiation... since rule 1 and 2 negate each other in this case...
