Good translation websites?

    So I've been thinking about doing my own translations for a while, but i wasn't sure of how to get the translated chapters onto a website. So i was wondering, what is a good website/program to use to make my own website? (preferably free to use.)

    This is also my first time making a thread, so please tell me if i did anything wrong.

    Use blog services like blogger or wordpress, or even tumblr or Google+, or if you are too lazy, join @LysUltima group or @Wujigege group.
    I think both group are quite friendly and helpful for newbies.

    I don't have a group.
    I simply setup websites for people
    Sakuranovels
    Lnovelreader
    Shinkunovels
    Paradoxnovels.
    Also sign them up on a premium ad network so they earn pretty good ad revenue
