Hey everyone,

As im sure you've noticed and been spammed with over the weekend leading into today a lot of questions and problems with Gravity posts, here and on reddit, and i find myself unable to cope with keeping up with working on the site and answering questions on multiple fronts so i have made an end all post (hopefully) on

Where i will try and keep a current status on gravitytales and will answer questions as they come up, but i will more then likely no longer respond in other threads.

Edit: Gravity should be working, please don't post anymore threads in NUF i will change this post as it comes down and goes back up, you might have to refresh once or twice to bounce off the server having issues.

Maybe it's just me but I feel rejected.
edit: It's working now. I think it just needs time to stabilise.

 

Always crashing when I tried to read on my phone... I've tried to clean the cache but still crashed... Restarting my phone but nothing changed.... And I've tried every browser on store but still crashing... I'm using Lumia 532 btw... Hope the problem get fix soon, there are a bunch of novel I want to read at gravity...

 

Hmm I never had an issue tbh not since I changed browsers to an ad block browser cause of those fake virus re directs only issue was on pc when they were changing there layout and I couldn't read anything due to back ground making it hard till the switch was completed

 

My issue with gravitytales is that the page remains very unresponsive and usually takes up a lot of resources.

I usually avoid this by loading all pages and cutting off my Internet connection

 

Is server maintance?

 

I think people would be more patient if it was an update that did something besides change a site that did not need to be changed. Now after being changed, just for a bit of visual effect, its become unstable, laggy, and hard to read on. Its of course going to make quite a few angry.

The site si working for me. It takes a bit longer to load, like a minute or so but it's working eveyr now and then.

 

Well making the site from scratch is better said than done, but you should still consider the option at the very least. Anything simple would do, the layout doesn't have to be flashy and the ads, the ads, it would be better to get good ads and avoid the video ads (which isn't plausible, still reducing ads could be an option).
The main problem is, Gravity Tales takes up too many resources to load giving huge amount of pressure to our techs which often leads to lagging and crashing. So anything that you can change to make it faster and simpler you should do it.
But even if you can't, we readers are ready to walk on naked blades and cross the path of fire to read, the translations are good, the novels hosted are good too...so it's just a challenge!(which tends to become annoying)

 

please read the post on reddit, it outlines the changes and performance upgrades. And why the site did infact need to be changed.

 

There shouldn't be video ads on the site, please send a screenshot and the URL if possible to [email protected] so we can get them removed.

 

It is now slow loading and sometimes has a Problem Loading Page error.

 

Again i dont normally answer to this rapidly but ive been keeping logs of whats happening in the reddit post, we are aware it is slow there is a problem with one of the pages serving a blank page so now we are down one server to serve pages, we just put the site into maintenance mode as we have hopefully found the problem
