To be honest, the USA is a tricky one, if you make him the classic gun lover, tyrant and greedy, people won't like it. If you make him badass, people will think you are some extreme right wing, how would you draw the USA then? It's complicated
Honestly, I think just about everyone(other then the fujoshi) would have been happy with just about anything other then what we got xD lol! A safe bet would have been to go with something similar to the Japanese isekai protag, just slightly older with tan skin reddish brown hair and freckles.
