Basically he's a poisoner, but all poisoners (in the story) have good healing skills (and they're kinda hated in that world) so he becomes a healer Wanna recommend "The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic" but it's tagged as harem, though pretty much it fits what you want: a healer who punches others with raw power due to making use of the "healing yourself after getting beat in physical training" trait. Dunno which point it'll get to the harem part (it's been so long since I read the manga adaptation), maybe you want to give it a try first
