    It says the last release was 11/22/16 and its already 4/16/17
    Now i'm unsure about whether to start reading it or not
    I might get tortured from the wait xD

    Yupp. It was.

    You could still read it anyway, if you want. Its chapters are rather long, and an awful lot of them were translated before it was dropped. Most of the novels you read around here are incomplete, anyway, with a whole heck of a lot less translated.

    If I remember correctly, Turtle said the later chapter is too much boring to translate. so Turtle drop it.
