I agree. Hongkong movies used to be good. Ai-chan loved their horror and ero movies. Even their comedies are stale now. Now they're mostly just recycling stuff they've already done. Ai-chan remember that they used to release a 'Chinese Odyssey' every year at Chinese New Year and Ai-chan was like, "Why do they keep airing these? It's not fun."

Ai-chan miss the days of Gameboy Kids and those vampire movies with Lam Ching Ying. Too bad Ai-chan was too young at that time to remember the names of those movies.

I don't suppose you can help me find two horror movies (hong kong)? One has them jumping into mirror into another world. Another one was a period horror with a pretty ghost named Crimson (the translated name) and they communicated using a piece of wood that writes on sand. Both were likely published in the 80s.

 

I am afraid I can't help you. I hardly watch horror movies. I like Hong Kong's entertainment action movies and gun battle movies.
